Béatrice is an incoming first year PhD student in Art History at the Tyler School of Art and Architecture at Temple University. Her research focuses on contemporary artists and the ways they use the forms of memorials, monuments, and museum installations to critique the power structures found in traditional modes of history and traditional art spaces. She has an undergraduate degree from Brown University in American Studies and the History of Art and Architecture.
