Recently, HIAA PhD candidate Paul Wu visited the President Roberto F. Chiari Library to conduct archival research for his doctoral dissertation: “Creating Space in the Panama Canal Zone: 1903-1979.” Paul had the opportunity to be guided through the library's collections by staff from the Canal's Historical Memory Unit and was able to visit emblematic buildings of the Panama Canal and the City of Knowledge. His interview was published in their magazine, El Faro.
