For their final assignment in this year's Graduate Practicum, a team of PhD students, led by Professor Jeffrey Moser, traveled to China over winter break to present an exhibition proposal to the Director and senior staff of the Zhejiang University Museum of Art and Archaeology. Graduate students in the History of Art and Architecture at Brown University and the School of Art and Archaeology at Zhejiang University have been developing a collaborative co-curated exhibition on premodern reprographic technologies in the global history of art. Over the course of their ten-day trip, the students from both universities visited more than a dozen museums and historic sites in Hangzhou and Shanghai. The trip was made possible by a generous grant from the Hsiao Family Foundation.
