Sponsored by the Department of the History of Art and Architecture and the Brown Arts Institute, we welcome you to participate in the second installment of IGNITE events in the History of Art and Architecture Department. Following the department's lecture series, "Light in Theory and Practice," we now celebrate Leo Villareal's luminous art installation at the Lindemann Center, Infinite Composition with a two-day symposium with contemporary light artists and architectural lighting designers in conversation with historians, theorists, and critics. All events take place at the Granoff Creative Art Center, 154 Angell St. Providence.
